"Lionheart" - Pearl Press Issue 6

I'm excited to share that a portrait I made of my teacher and friend, Billy White, was selected for the cover of the latest issue of Pearl Press. There are three of my photographs in the issue overall.

Describing the theme, curator Delilah Twersky writes, "Someone brave and determined. People who have shown themselves to be heroic, those who take control of what life has thrown at them. I have been looking up to my role models and letting their vigor pull me in. We must surround ourselves with people whose positivity and determination lead us to our goals. Seeing strength in others ignites us to push through the limits we put on ourselves, experience what it could mean to have a lionheart too."
